Cancellation policy
Some items in our shop may be offered as a subscription, pre-order or try before you buy. These cancellation terms set out how you can change or cancel this type of purchase.
Subscriptions
When you take out a subscription, you receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you selected. Your payment details are stored securely. Each delivery is invoiced unless you pay in advance. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there you can manage your subscription. Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not in stock or will be available shortly but is currently not in stock. We may not charge any payment or charge a partial payment at checkout, store your payment method and then execute and collect the full or remaining payment at a later point in time. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. When you buy an item to try out, we authorise your payment method before we fulfil the order. You have a certain amount of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. If the deadline has passed and you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method the full amount.
